Thou shall be respectful of our new neighbors relative to behavior and noise levels. We insist that you exercise good responsible judgment in this regard.

Guests to provide own linens and towels.

Absolutely no cutting on counter tops. Cutting boards available.

A residential tenancy agreement must be signed

Tenants are clearly responsible for leaving cottage in the same degree of cleanliness & order in which it was found.

Tenants are responsible for new replacement of any breakage or missing contents. We reserve the right to request a security deposit to cover such eventualities & to guarantee that all rental terms will be satisfied.

Rental terms: 50% upon reservation and balance due 2 weeks prior rental period commencement.

A refundable $200.00 housekeeping & damage security deposit is required. Refer to rental agreement for details.

Cancellation policy:
Deposits are non-refundable unless we can book another qualified tenant for the same period & price rented.
